The GBSUP National Paddle Racing Series has its 2024 competition provisional calendar in wonderful places in the United Kingdom
The United Kingdom continues its great growth in the world of Stand Up Paddle, and the GBSUP attests to this. This wonderful circuit continues to promote SUP Race competitions in this country, holding events throughout the area, under the support of clubs and organizers who work so that Amateurs, Elites and future generations continue to rise.
For 2024, the GBSUP has prepared magnificent events that will take place inside waters and on the English Channel coast, among other places. Bays, waves and all kinds of conditions that will test all Stand Up Paddle lovers!
RD.1 Bewl Water Adventure
Dive into the thrill at Bewl Water as the 2024 GBSUP National Series kicks off! Challenge the waves on the iconic 12km course or dip your toes in with the 5km Challenge Tour. Unleash your paddle power, seize victory, and set the tone for an epic season.
RD.2 Cardiff Bay Open
Explore the heart of Cardiff like never before at the Cardiff Bay Open on May 5th! Paddle through iconic sights, including the majestic Principality Stadium, in this urban adventure. Join the race, feel the city’s pulse, and make waves at the Bank Holiday Watersports Festival.
RD.3 Battle of the Bay
Join us on June 8th for the Battle of the Bay, an adrenaline-charged tribute to the legendary Slasher. Experience the thrill of Distance and Tech Races off Friars Cliffe in Christchurch – a paddling day like no other!
RD.4 Falmouth Bay Open
Dive into the coastal thrill at the Falmouth Bay Open, our 4th stop on the 2024 National Series! Two days of exhilarating races, stunning Falmouth views, and a vibrant seaside atmosphere await. Don’t miss the paddle-action, where the waves meet the challenge!
RD.5 The Beadnell Belter
Get ready for the Beadnell Belter on September 8th, where the North East Coast becomes the stage for paddleboarding brilliance! Dive into the thrill with Distance, Tech, and a wave of Junior excitement – this is one coastal showdown you won’t want to miss!
RD.6 Calshot
Dive into the grand finale at Calshot on October 5th, hosted by The SUP Co for a thrilling Distance and Tech race. Cap off the season in style with an evening of celebration, drinks, and cheers for our paddling champions!
